* Add QR code of tempalink

* add padding to the bottom of the QR code

to ensure that there's space to scroll down far enough so the footer 
isn't covering the QR code

* Fix spinner css

Use a rotating css background image instead of a separate element placed 
behind

This allows flexbox to function correctly

Tarnyko d826b95d94 Fix NPM Stylus dependency (#96) 
NPM3 installs stylus 0.50.0, and then tries to
install stylus-loader 3.0.1, but it actually
requires stylus >= 0.52.4.
